Went to the Singapore Biennale (Part 1)!

Got on a cruise that toured around Malaysia (pity we can’t follow the tour on land), danced on stage with full effect of lighting and sound, attend a Masquerade “Prom” (and had a steak hard at rubber), enjoyed the night stars and wind, watched a beautiful sunrise, went to a pub that consists of 70% of our students (LOL),

Apr: Singapore Biennale (Part 2)!

First class chalet with 01 and 02! (Tried to catch sunrise again, failed)

Help out for Freshman Orientation for Year Ones.

Use my first roll of film camera and developed them.

We also had a “talk/showcase” of the video we compiled from the cruise trip in front of the Year 1s and 2s in a lecture theatre! Our first time to speak in front of so many ppl! Jac still complimented the song choice I used for the video. My time with you by David Choi and Kina Grannis. :)
May: Sakae sushi and movie and Spotlight with 02 peeps. (Cause we won the video “showcasing” our cruise trip)

Visited the Eco-friendly resort at Sentosa.

Tried ShuiYanSe for the first and only time. Hahaha, not that it’s not nice lah. And also eskimo!

Bought my Baggu! And sunglasses which I don’t think I’ll be using anytime soon. :(

Jun: Celebrated my birthday!

Danced.

Went for interview and helped out in WSC’s camp as GL. (My FIRST interview!) Got to meet awesome people from WSC!

Catched David Choi’s concert! A totally not surprising surprise by Syahirah! LOL. Pitied that she had to keep lying to me when I already know it. It’s just so funny. That and the fact that she’s the fan, not me. BUT! I’m still thankful! :D <3

Watched Shanice’s concert too! Awesome, and also the fact how we mixed up the National library and Esplanade. Just awesome. Hahaha.

We also went for a BBQ + stay-over at Wanyi’s. And also lunch at Ikea and grocery shopping at Giant!

2nd chalet! (I got sick on the second day, but I learnt a little bit of guitar/ukulele)

Got into the comm of WSC.. somehow. Attended an event for WSC all by myself. Traveled to Clementi from Bedok at 5am! Reach West Coast at 7am!! I even took a taxi! :( Bravest thing I’ve done this year.

Oct: Got the classical guitar from my uncle.

Nov: Attended another event for WSC

Dec: Took charge of Bonding day with JiaRong for WSC.

Had Christmas parties at Lionel’s and dinner with the comm peeps. :)
Did stop motion movie for the first. Well, do, present tense, since I’m doing it now. It’s for the 40th anniversary of WSC.

The most impactful and saddest thing that happened this year was that we got close to our lecturer, Jacqueline Ho. And we lost her on 5th Dec. How can someone come and go so easily? This just shows that we should cherish our live, do what we need to do, what we want to do. Live like there’s no tomorrow.

BUT in conclusion! 2011 has been great! And this post has been super long. My fingers are hurting from all the typing. So bye! Let's enjoy 2012 and make the best of it. We're all going to be in Year 3 soon!! :(

This year had been different, well, at least since my birthday. I tried new things, I saw changes in my life, in me, and I like it. :) I figured out what I'm passionate about, thought about my future (thought tooooo much about it actually), try things I've never really thought about doing, joined a club and become more open. Stopped worrying too much about little things, see things from a different perspective and I've tried to control my temper and enjoyed these friendly relationships with my friends.

I hope 2012 will be awesome too, though there's still quite a number of things I've not really settle for this year. I wished I have one more week to finish these unfinished businesses so that I can move on to the new year without feeling regrets. I am happy, unsure and scared and anxious and excited, but happy.

Let me in on my future plan/dream- I want to do Youtube/video making for a living. Like WongFuProd on YT, or just Youtube videos. And I long to live in the States. All these kinda seem impossible and far-fetched, I know, but I am dreaming about it. A lot. It's like believing in the love that you know won't last forever, but still does anyway, because one can always hope. And if it doesn't turn out the way you thought it to be, at least the process mattered, at least when you grow old, you know you tried and you know you were young once, that you even had a dream.

Today is not the best day. Its the kind of day where I'm feeling pissed and irritable. It's a day where I just feel like quitting school, and just follow my dream, make videos, take photos, migrate to the States, start anew, even if i don't get paid and as crazy as it may sound.

I really don't feel like continuing school at all. Though there are ppl which I'll miss, there also are ppl I hate seeing. And the money and time spent would go to waste too.

I really want to have a choice in my life. I think I've wasted enough time just following the rules. I know I'm still nt brave enough, but that day will come eventually, the day where I know what I really want. And when that day comes, I'll try my best to make it work. I hope so.

Who’s right or Who’s wrong?

I don’t know if I’m wrong thinking bad about someone. I mean I tried so hard to tolerate and you should know what I mean when I say there’s a limit to tolerance right? And when I reach that limit, the worst that I did was tell someone about it. Fine, more than someONE but I mean, is that worst than not telling the person straight in the face? Is getting straight on with the person a better choice than talking about the person behind his/her back? Is there even an answer? I doubt so.

“Trying to be the best person I can be.” I wished I didn’t deleted that post. Then it would have reminded me of the past me. Of whether if I tried my best, and not just judging it based on certain ppl's comment.

Is saying things straight in the person’s face better or tolerating and spilling it to someone later better? I don’t think that doing/saying things in a rush is a good idea. Cause you never know what will happen in the future right? You may need that person, you may have to work with him/her, you may become better friends, form a better understanding. Isn’t it going to be more awkward when you’ve said all the ugly things to the person in the first place? How are you going to find a stairs to climb down the stage ltr?

I’m being more mature, right? I hope I am. And I want to be the best person, not only by not retaliating, but also by not thinking about the bad side of ppl. It’s difficult, trust me, but I’m trying. I am sure I’m trying this time. So don’t come to my tagboard and say “No, you’re not.” Cause YOU are the one who’s not trying.

And I’m sure everyone around us will notice, they ALL know. But we are all trying to be the better person.

I feel like crying when someone don't understand or see things in my point of view sometimes. They don't understand. Why are things so freaking complicated?

Where is this conversation leading? I don't want to hear this anymore. Is it because I'm tired? Is this why this sounds like a conversation in my dream? Or a nightmare? This conversation we're having is too deep. Too scary to think about. It's too formal.

Detailed entry- WSC superheroes camp 2011

Not THAT detailed but more about what happened during camp, if I rmb.

Sat, 4Jun. Woke up at 5.25am. Reached school, waited. Breakfast bun from 7-11. Hmm, went in, stood ard, waiting for the key to go to the bunk. Just slacked and had a little briefing. Oh, we also got to know who's in our grp. Rmb the bet? Hahahhaha, Mole decided to join us in the bet like the night before. Haha, but in the end no one lost. Sadly.

Then we all went down to wait for the campers. Felt really stupid when they came and we were like "Hi! What's ur name?" Then they answered and like ok, not my grp. -.- Retarded, srsly. This took a rather long time, but in the end we found a better way, or did I? Heh. XP Anw, finally settled down. Brought them to bunk, then we played ice-breaking gamess. Darrenn and LiWen joined our grp. (:

Blah blah blah. Then we had our amazing race at dhoby ghaut/fort canning/orchard. Kuanyong and Meixuan lost their way and when they saw us they were like "Eh, we just follow them lah!" Hahahaha. Adeline's grp was damn fast. We were so stucked at the Make A Star with raffia string game. We restarted like SIX times! Hahahah, then Darrenn asked them "You all need more rubber bands? We have a lot." I think it just made them more confused, cause they used different methods to make the star. -.-

Went to Orchard by bus and found Habib effortlessly at 313. He was totally staring into space and didn't see us arrive. Hahah, and that station was like just take pictures. Totally easy! WE were supposed to dance and all but then the mall was rather crowded and there was guard ard. So well. They changed the rule.

Went back at ard 4.30pm. Dressed up the mascot. Went to the swimming pool. Alot of ppl refused to go down the pool. ): Fine lah, including me lah. But I'm afraid of water, what to expect right. Wash up + Milo time. Designing of white tee. All of us (GL/GM/etc) went down to draw, change and rehearse. Called campers to come down. Dinner (buffet). Performance by campers. Then by us. Then ZhiQi sang! And we sang too! Lol.

And we just got high and did random shuffling and screaming etc etc. Groups photos with banner. Some slacking in the bunk. Home-d. Didn't know there was a de-briefing. Actually I asked a few times, but they said can go home alr. XP

5Jun, Sun Woke up later, ard 7am. It was raining SOOOO HEAVILY. And strong wind! Totally wet when I board the train. Got the new club tee, changed, called campers one by one to confirm if they were coming and slacked in the bunk. Lol, so much slacking! Waited for ZhiQi's cue to go down for "fashion parade". Then we pretty much started the CSI game.

First station, we walked in the wrong direction, thanks to Mole and also me for finding out before we reached the wrong station. Funny thing was we were talking to Ginyong along the way when we were supposed to stop at his station. He also blur one loh. Ltr we walked past again and I talked to him, he forgot tht my grp alr finised his stn. -.-

Next was MPH. Hahahaha, we saw Kuanyong and Meixuan's grp heading to Moberly when they alr said they changed the location to FC5 due to the heavy rain. So they walked in the rain. We called him and he was like "Really meh?! Why we don't know!" LOL, freaking funny.

Then it was lunch time but we moved our bags back to the bunk. We could've just brought it with us to lunch then bring it back to the bunk when we were going tht direction, but then again, Mr Partner didn't think of it, and I didn't want to contradict him so.. we walked like an extra mile. It's ok! Good exercise. And we still had time to play games at FC5 before the food arrive.

Lunch was nasi lemak, always. And also loads of "Bang bang bang! Who died?!" And we carried on the game until the last 2nd stn. Puzzle and quizzes. It was rather hard and they didn't think of using Google until the last minute. And they didn't read the questions carefully. I feel bad that I didn't warn them. Hahaha, Me, Darrenn, and WenJie was just sitting them looking at them answer the qn and Mole was busy showing off his knowledge of Ben10. -.- One of the campers were like "How old alr, who still watch cartoon?" before knowing about Mole's interest of Ben10. LOL. We just sat there laughing.

Anw, we had the correct answer- Eryan/Bongman killed Reshmi/LadyPeace even though they were all quiet. He came and ask us what our ans was and we(excluding campers obviously, ): ) were like "YOU KILLED LADY PEACE!" and he was like "No lah, not me!" Act innocent. Lols.

Then we watched the video. Funny stuff. With bloopers too! Then we had appreciation game. Someone wrote "You are most daring when you team with Mole!" Creepy much? I don't even know any of them so well for them to know that I'm not daring. And I wasn't really tht daring during the camp either. :\ Really wonder who wrote tht.

WELL, took loads of photos. All GL/GM/Committee members all went crazy while the campers queued to sign up for the events available. Lol. Funny scene. We kept shouting and screaming and running ard taking pictures. Then we signed up for some too. And went to Bugis for dinner@Swensen! (:

I forgot to blog about this! Haha.

Birthday was awesome! It was on the last day of exam/MST (Building Services). And Adeline, Wanyi, Shanice, Syahirah, Lionel, ZheMing, Nizam, Louis, Jeffrey, SiYing, Amirah, Riqa bought me a Holga cam! <3

So after our paper, we were all waiting outside the exam room for everyone to come out for the surprise. (Like it was freaking obvious they were planning smthing. Hahahaha.) Anw, they gave me boxes, clues, and some stupid games that I had to win before getting my present. The thing was we were rushing to catch X-Men which starts in like one hr after our paper, and the whole process took rather long, cause I didn't really know what was going on. (They didn't tell me what I had to do alright..)

Hahaha, after much playing and laughter I finally got the present. Then we all head to the cinema, which took like half an hr plus. We rushed there and though we were late, it hasn't started so we went out again to buy snacks. Popcorn! (:

XMEN WAS AWESOMEE !!!! Ok, I think I keep repeating this word- AWESOME. Lols.

After the movie, we decided to have lunch. That was ard 3+ to 4pm. BK. Rested awhile and we had to rush back to school! Camp dance rehearsal! (:

AWESOME day spent thought it felt reeeeally short.

Eighteenth. It marks the start of a different life, a different set of responsibilities. The first day of being eighteen was spent in camp being a GL. Something different. I wish there will be more opportunities like this. I want to try. Try to be more confident about myself. Try to feel less self conscious. I can do this. I will. (:

Hahahaha, ok, enough.

It feels great to accomplishing something you set yourself for, as small as it may seem. My first time as a GL was.. not bad. (: At least now I have something to write on my resume. -.- Hahaha.

Anyways, day camp was awesome. Though there were some glitches here and there, and some unhappiness. The team was so much more hyper than the campers, but oh well. We did our best and even though it's not perfect perfect, it was still great.

Obstacles

I realized that there are a lot of things that I can't do; be it physically or mentally. Like wearing contact lens, swimming, being independent, dying my hair, etc etc. And it's these small issues that are obstructing me in my life, and I hate it. Part of me wants to overcome it and move on, but part of me is afraid, because I feel so alone on this journey.

I remember when I was young, I always wanted to download certain games (like MapleStory) but I can't because my dad doesn't let me. (And it wasn't an admin acc so I can't even do it secretly) Now? I am still restricted, even for small little things. I don't know. Is this what you call protection? I'm going to be 18 in a few weeks time and yet I don't feel any different.

People look down on me for these, but I don't care what they think. Because no one has a right to judge.

Day 1!

Second trip with the class! (:

The lobby. (: (Not really the entrance but it's the lobby..)

Actually the first thing we did when we board was (other than checking in to our rooms) is to have supper. We were supposed to board at 8.30pm but we ended up boarding at 10pm+ cause the staff wasn't able to get ready the rooms on time after the last batch of people got off.
Then we went out to the pool area. Kind of had a (super failed) birthday surprise for XinZhe. (Feels weird typing his name here, not like we talked to each other before. Lol.)

Went to the arcade after our (#1) failed attempt to go the view point (front of ship).

Day 2!
Had chinese set meal for breakfast. Well, we went in blindly. And ordered drinks that cost us $5 each. ): Well, the food wasn't that bad.

Went to walk around for our free and easy. The wind was ... well, you can see.

Then we had sharing sessions. And at the end we were forced to dance YMCA. -.- Seriously, it was a torture for me. I could have made an excuse to film the thing and take photos and stuff, but I didn't. See that is what I'm trying to fufil the post posted below- "TRY" But of cause it was shitty (just me I mean) , I don't want to see any videos of me dancing in it. Full stop.

Lunch by the window. IT WAS SO SHIOK!! The view is just so o.0 If only I could do this everyday. And in case you're wondering, we were already in Malaysia. (:

After that we went for a tour around their laundry room and kitchens. One word. ~~BIG.~~ HUGE. lol. No pictures for you though BLEH XP

Group photo. I swear they made us took at least 20 with one camera. Yeah, there was definitely more than one camera, maybe ... 10? Lol. And the lecturer doesn't know how to use my camera, like ... ah, well, shall not blog PUBLICLY about this. Yeah.

They had their drill. They have their drill every 2 weeks and we were lucky enough to come at the right one. (:

4 out of 6 people ordered steak (at our table) for the main course. We all were not able to finish it. It's sooo hard. X.X (No, they didn't ask us if we wanted medium rare, rare of whatever.)

Went to watch the Russian performance after our (#2) failed attempt to the viewpoint. ):

After that we went for the Choco Madness party! I was so excited about it, but it was a disappointment. Cause when we reach there, there was only like 1/3 of the cakes left. And they were d-r-y. ):

The 8 9 of us went to the helicopter landing space to sit and relax. The night sky is as amazing as I last rmb-ed it at KotaTinggi. (:

Pub/disco. Weird. Not me. Never going ever again. Seriously. (I didn't stay for long, I swear! At most like a 15 min? Nizam ran faster though..lol.)

Day 3!!
What are we/they looking at? Surely it's not...

...yes! We were waiting for sunrise!! How can we miss that since we're on a cruise. It was amazing. And though we all slept for like only 3 hours. Lol.

After breakfast, we went for a briefing and Mr Wong wasn't that happy. (Apparently something happened the night before- nothing dirty..- and we innocent ppl doesn't know exactly what. Hmm, I wonder what it really is. But he was still joking with us(the innocents) so.)

Last lunch at the terrace! The weather was better than the first night (we also had supper here and it was so hot without aircon)

Reach Sg!
The last of our trip. I'll miss this trip. (: I would not have had such a great time if I wasn't with this group of ppl. It would be different with any others. And I love them. XD

This is a messy post, but I really don't have the feeling to blog a long post (with much words).
The food was .... edible but ... normal I mean normal. *shakes head skeptically*
There were a lot of other stories not told, cause like I said, I'm lazy.
I think we went to the viewpoint like 3 or 4 times but failed. X.X

I'm scared of a lot of things. But I'll try.

There's so many things I'm afraid of. Even simple things like, going to a certain place I've never been before. Going for all types of interview. Trying to do things alone. Doing things I never tried before. After so many years I'm still not independent nor confident abt my actions. And I'm scared because I can catch up with people ard me. Everyone's moving forward so fast, but I'm still stuck on the status quo. Everyone's growing up, becoming mature and responsible abt their life. Me? Hah. Still here trying to take things slowly. I don't know. I get the feelings that if I say these out loud, I'll get judged. Of course I will. This is the real world.

I'm currently obsessed with this book! It's so beautifully written. I wonder if Popular sells it. Hope I can get a physical copy soon~ (Well, maybe not so soon, since exams are here..)

Teardrops on my guitar

It reminds me of the days that I spend reading Twilight on the bed, alone, in the room with the curtains drawn. Where I dived into another world, where the worries in real life is not bothering me. Where I feel safe.

It reminds me of the long late bus rides home. It's dark and I'm worrying about my coursework. The all too familiar roads doesn't seem to make me feel any better, the darkness seems to be in control. There's that hint of uneasiness, like something's going to go wrong. The bus was full, but I still felt afraid.

It reminds me of my life in secondary school, alone. I still am. Maybe a little better, but I still am.

It reminds me of that loneliness. The wish to believe that "best friend" exists. Yeah, friends exists, but best friend? I don't know. No one's really that close to me. Someone that knows me. But then again, I don't even know myself. Maybe I've been reading too much lately- stories where protagonists have best friends where they talk to them about everything they worry, someone to share the day's story with, someone to go out and shop and chat with, someone who doesn't judge, someone who is just a phone call away.

I know, we are all really busy, but, it's not that. It's this feeling; no one cares. We are all just drifting because, maybe, we aren't meant to be. Or maybe, I'm not meant to have best friends because I push people away.

But still, it's nice. It's something I read and did not give up halfway (unlike TKMB..)

Can't wait to actually buy the books. Six books is gg to cost quite a lot.. maybe I'll just buy the last two first. Oh well.

Anw, back from Bintan!! Woohoo! It was er, kind of fun. Well, we were slacking throughout, but it's like a class gathering event so it was fun! The staff there were really friendly too! Haha. Well, I took loads of picture for this post so I won't be typing much so take a look yeah.

So the EXAMS have ENDED. Woohoo! Ok errr. Let's talk abt the job. :/

Rachel and I were not selected for the F1 job.. Wth, they never even tell us there was a selection. ): And apparently they haven't call us when they promised they would replace us with another banquet job. I feel like we were cheated of our money. Yeah, only $5. But everyone paid $5 and never got the job, so how much did they earn? (They not giving us refund.)

Then Rachel say she heard of another banquet job at Shangri La Hotel. $10 per hour kay! :D So we went there like on Mon. Ok, an account of what happened on monday.

I went to fix my laptop at school SPICE. It only took 10min when I booked 2hr. -.- Then decided to meet Rachel and WT earlier than planned- which was meeting them at Orchard for lunch- since they were coming to school too.

Then we went back to SPICE cause apparently my password for SP wireless EXPIRED. Yeah, expired. o.0 I didn't know password can expire loh.

After that.. we went to eat lunch at FarEast. Decided to go for the interview first before doing other stuffs cause we were scared. Lol. Walked and walked looking for the bus stop then realised we were walking to the wrong place and blah blah blah. -A lot of walking involved, then bused, then walked and walked-

Then we surrendered and took a taxi. $4.20. Lols. That's quite near from where we were but the hotel is like inside so yeah. Reached, and we asked (the lobby manager I think) for directions to the HR dept. Felt weird asking where's the HR dept... he was like "You guys here for interview?" We were like yeah. Then he told us "follow this road, pass through the carpark, u see a small door....."

Followed what he said and we were lost in the carpark. - Alot of SMALL doors loh. Then asked a cleaner then she directed us. Then ask another guy to get to the SMALL door, which was NOT small. The place was rather small loh. Anw, there was a lot of confusions.. this person ask us go here then the person ask us go there..... -.-

When we finally got to the correct dept/room, the person say they not hiring anymore, then we were like "huh? can u pls repeat?" lol. In the end she called another dept and they say 2 person ok. We were asked to fill a form and that interviews and training were on every sat but we were reconsidering, cause the hotel was difficult to walk to. So we said we go back and think about it and come back on sat if we want the job.

After that we left, took a taxi again. We kept changing our mind about where to go and the taxi driver was frustrated. xP But then we were only discussing mah. We told him one place then discuss, not keep telling him to change where to go.. Whatever.

We went to cityhall to check if Swiss hotel have any job- since they let anyone walk into their HR dept...so we decided to try our luck. No luck, interviews on every Tues.

Then we went Starbucks. And Mac. Lols. First WT drink SB, then I go Mac drink latte. I wanted to buy and go lah, but they decided to sit again.

Stupid you know, cause they are like beside each other. We went to Mandarin Oriental. Interviews on tues toooo. ):

Sigh, I'm sick. ): 2 days to the last of exams. Wth. Whatever..

So I'm thinking of getting Nikkon d5000.. and the Nikkor 50mm f1.8 prime lens. Hmm. Yea- money involved, and still in the process of thinking through and weighing up alternatives (being sarcastic lah, Principle Of Management paper in 2 days).

The picture of the monkey is a sample of the pictures that can be taken using the 50mm lens. Difference in the background sharpness. (1st pic is at f1.8, 2nd is at f2, 3rd is at f2.8)

Arghhhh I want the camera but the price is !@#$%^*. It's going to cost $1000+++ for the camera and lens. Damn. I'm going to give myself one year to consider this. Not kidding, anw I have no money now.. Lols.

Er, so I got a (3 days') job! For F1! And with Rachel too. (: Well, actually it was a sudden decision. Shao Long msged EVERYONE abt the job (cause he's earning commission lah, duh~) then at first I thought the date was on 24th Aug, so I told Rachel I have exams.. And then the next morning she asked me again, cause she thought I saw the wrong date lah. (cause everyone's exams should have ended by 24 Sept... Lol.)

And then I was like busy that day. So I wasn't sure about going.. (And ah Syahirah also asked me to accompany her to DavidChoi's performance that day. Out of all the days I'm free, everything happens on the same day. Sighhh.) Anw, in the end I went lah, obviously. And stupid SL got his commission. I'm totally amazed at him. *rolls eyes* He really can act as if NOTHING happened. Not to me lah, but yeah..

I thought there was interview, but there wasn't so phewwwww. Went FarEast/Orchard to shop for the work pants+shoe with Rachel and her cousin. And I bought the Chippy British Take Away (cheesy curry chicken)! Plus the kungfu milk tea! It was so nice. I shall buy this again when we go shopping at FEP. =D

We bought the same shoes and couldn't find the right pants. Anw, I wanted to buy this tank dress and vest from Cotton On, but I wasn't sure cause I still needed to buy the shoes and pants so I didn't. Now I'm kind of regretting not bringing more money out. ):

The other time I went out was with my mom. Errr, I was supposed to go buy the pants. I got it and saw this jeans shorts that was a bit too small size! ): Super sad, cause it looked ok on me. (I don't like too short shorts) But we bought this 2 top from AMKhub anw, different colours. Ok lah, not very very very high abt it.

That's the only 2 time I went out. (+ studying with xq at amk and gg back to deyi) Back to studying!

Actually I can't rmb much abt the week, except that kind of scary feeling I had during the period when we were doing F&N coursework.. thurs and fri were the most memorable for the week so I'll blog abt it. (: (Totally trying to find something to blog about.)

Thurs: Had IHLFM- slacking away as it was the last lesson. Mr Wong gave us SOME tutorials back. He didn't giv us all eh! Aiyo, then now my tutorials are all in a mess with some missing here and there. ): Don't like it at all. I hate it when I'm trying to organise something but SOMETHING is missing from the whole pile.

Anw, then he just kind of brief us in pairs and things. Funny "incident" that day was caused Nizam- again. He totally had me confused. We were just sitting there- he's sitting in front of me, btw. And I was staring blankly into the air when he suddenly turn around and asked me "You like Lionel ah?" And I was like "Huh?!" Totally made no sense can. I wasn't even looking in Lionel's direction luh. o.0

Then I kind of "argued" with him for a while then he was like "So u like ZheMing lah?" Major o.0 can. Aiyoo~ What kind of classmate is this sia? (Lols, no offence.) Firstly he forget my name, second keeps saying he's sweet, now this. SIGHHH.

After that lesson we went for lunch and blah blah blah. Then to Mr Chow's lesson. All the time very EXCITED about the IDEAS presentation. We practised and stuff. Mr Chow had lesson with us for Topic 11- which will not be out for exams, and obviously which we didn't pay attention. I feel bad now. Oh well. 01 wasn't very quiet either..

Mrs Tan came and told us there's a part time job offering from a hotel and asked if we wanted to register can tell our names to Mr Chow. Which we kind of forgot after the lesson. After that is the IDEAS presentation. It was by far the most fun presentation as we all saw each other's creativity and talents. And it was fun-ny too. The guys even made up a song (+guitar) for theirs. Wow~ (^a belated wow. Haha.)

Our group did ok I think. I kind of quivered and things but they say I did ok.. We got 84 marks (an A I assume) though out of the 5 groups only 1 grp (the guys) include the desired experience. 1 group got A+, 2 groups got A, 2 groups got B+.

P.S.: Tiramisu wasn't bad (FC2)

Fri: Met Syahirah earlier to go buy McCafe. The price was the same as those in public. ): But still it tastes great, though a little too sweet. That guy from McCafe very funny loh. Keep talking to Syahirah in Malay and and she spoke to him in English.. And I don't understand, so I couldn't "help" (ordering confusions) Funny eh, am I transparent? Hmm.

Anw, got to class at ard 12.45pm, lesson at 1pm. We got there first!! And the room was in darkness. Haha. It's a great feeling to be in class early without other ppl in it. Sat down and enjoyed our Double Chocolate Frappe. Not long after, Lionel arrived. And then some 01 girls came and class starts to fill up. Mr Chow forgot about the calculator sticker again! Sighh, so did Wanyi, when I reminded her the night before.

After that we went to photostat and bind and did all the SUPER MESSY things. Then went to POM class late. Well, some ppl were even later than us...

After that? After that went home lah. Duh~ Lol.

I tried to put everything tgt ytd (tutorial + notes). Failed (^super failed). I started with missing one tutorial, then 2 then more for each module. Aiyoo, kind of frustrated, and I decided to just bind the lecture notes. ):

Ok, a post about today! It's a slacky day for a school day, like seriously. Our BS class was cancelled and POM was the only lesson that day and it starts at 3pm. Sooo, we decided to visit Expo and see the cameras. Hehe. I bought it and after that we went to buy BK to Wanyi's house to eat. Finally got to see her house too! Haha.

Now seems like people want to see the picture quality of the camera- Canon SX210 IS. I didn't take a lot of pictures before the battery went flat, so here's some random test shots.

This is the miniature effect shot. The picture is blurred at the top and bottom. Okay, not very clear since the background is the dark sky.. but the bottom is obviously blurred lah. So this kind of have that effect. This is not a good place to use that effect lah. ):

Ok, dear Korin wants me to write a blog entry about cameras. Seriously, I don't know much about them, though I've always been interested in photography. Haha, ironic much? Anw, when I finally got permission to buy a camera, (after so many years of wanting it- rmb when I keep saying I want a camera during the KotaTinggi trip? Haha.) I went to do some research about them.

Not all ‘zooms’ are created equal.
When you’re looking at different models of digital cameras you’ll often hear their zooms talked about in two ways. Firstly there’s the ‘optical zoom’ and then there’s the ‘digital zoom’.
I would highly recommend that you only take into consideration the ‘optical zoom’ when making a decision about which camera to buy. Digital zooms simply enlarge the pixels in your shot which does make your subject look bigger, but it also makes it look more pixelated and your picture ‘noisier’ (like when you go up close to your TV).
If you’re looking for a zoom lens make sure it’s an optical zoom (most modern cameras have them of at least 3x in length – ie they’ll make your subject three times as big – with an increasing array of ’super zooms’ coming onto the market at up to 12x Optical Zoom).

The camera should have a higher OPTICAL zoom (of maybe 5x or more, and digital zoom, I heard are of not much use), the megapixel doesn't matter much, though I still prefer higher pixel. (Sorry ah, I don't know the terms..) The reason is that it kind of compensates the picture quality when you use the zoom. So yeah.

And for me, I want the camera to have manual control, so that I can play with the aperture settings and all, so I prefer a semi-pro camera- which is more ex.. but then seriously, the cameras are all getting really ex even if it's a normal point-and-shoot one. ): Everything is increasing in price.

By the way, point-and-shoot camera are just normal camera with auto settings and stuff lah. And maybe some special scene modes and things, and obviously cheaper.

To me, I really like this camera- Canon SX210 IS. It has manual and auto mode, and has a bunch of effects and scene. But the price is :'(

It’s windy and the sun’s setting. It’s such a grand sight and I love this feeling.

Prawning is fun! Fishing= fish catching, prawning= prawn catching. So yeah. I wonder why prawning isn't in the dictionary. Hmm. Ok, enough with the lameness. Went prawning with Dad and my brother on Sat. Long time never see them alr. Omy. Been MONTHSSSSSS. Anw. After that we went to eat dinner- steamboat! (: We used to eat steamboats whenever we felt like it, cause we are all too lazy to cook. Haha. I passed by all the places and noticed that all my friends stay near AMK and Bishan. Omg, I'm never gg to forget that place.

And I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of jeans this 2 days! Like finally! I always wanted to buy more pants/bottoms, but never found any I like. Happy happy. So I went out with my Mum on Mon, to bugis street and I bought shorts. (:

406 Chalet gathering- LONG POST

Wed(1st day)

I think I woke up ard 9, and it was raining. Meet Darylene at ard 11.30am to go ShengSiong to buy the food/drinks. Damn the rain, argh! Then we decided to rest at McD at WhiteSands, so we took MRT to PasirRis. Obiviously no one else was thr. We just sat thr and wait.

When the meeting time was near we went to the MRT stn to find a ~~scary blonde~~ Korin standing in the middle of nowhere. ~~Crazy ah, stand in the middle of a walking path..~~ Heh. She had a lot of food with her- they shared cost (Clarence, Akmal, Melvin, Mavis and her). Anw, we called Matt they all and they were still VERY VERY FAR away from destination. WTH. Stupid them man. Still say have solo mass dance if late. -.-

We decided to wait for them at McD- again.. Didn't even buy any food from thr at all and all of us sat thr to wait- separately. Haha. And they called and asked us to go Costa Sands ourselves. >\ So we went. Walao, the bus stop is like away from the door lah, can't they have the stop outside thr..

Met Matt and Wister, both happily eating their lunch. ._. Lik that loh! Thought we were having lunch all tgt ltr on. Whatever. So me and Dar also ate while waiting for ZJ they all.

Funny incident: Cockroach. Some girl walked past and killed it unknowingly and everyone was lik wide-eyed looking at her. Everyone includes ppl we don't know. Coz the guys were playing with the cockroach or something and yeah- attracting attention..

Checked in after a rather long while. Cool chalet, rather big. ~~And Dad used to bring us thr for their company party yearssssss ago.~~ They started setting up speakers and stuff. Slacked till, er.. I think we went to rent bike after that. (ard 5+ to 6pm)

Then we had our main event.

Korin and I couldn't stand the lights and things so we went out to take a stroll. After we came back, Mr Loh, Ms Rashida and Edward was here. So we started our SHARING SESSION. Haha, It was so funny to rmb all the things we did in this short 2 yrs. (:

Then after the tchrs left with Kenneth and Akmal, we went night cycling. Ok. ERRRRR Night cycling was "FUN". Hahahaha. Omg, I seriously screwed up their plan(s). SO SO SO SO sorry. My god lah, u guys should have told me ur were gg to cycle all the way to BEDOK! 0.o

To Dar: Sry u had to stay with me coz u were the only other girl there tht was more "close" to me. And I know you were starting to get irritated, and not to forget sleepy.. Lols. And u didnt even felt lik eating ur dinner after that. SORRY!!! ):

To the rest(lik SL, Basil, Matt, ZJ, Korin, Mavis, Melvin, etc..?): Thanks for not getting angry and show ur frustrations. Coz I really showed mine- to myself lah.. I couldn't even tolerate tht myself. Seriously, nv thought we can live in peace. Isn't it great? Though it's ONLY for that 3days! Hahaha.

It was a long night, full of music- made by our bicycle. Haha. Damn noisy sia. xP So we they had dinner. While me and Dar drank. Chrysanthemum mine u, not beer. ~~And im the only one tht didn't even touch one drop of beer/liquor. (:~~ =X

AND WE HAD TO CYCLE BACK. Well, I was cycling smoother (still not gd) but then ah-hem! some accident happened, and I walked back. BLAH BLAH DAR! SHHHH.

Then we rched our chalet at ard 4+, 5am. And some went to sleep some played games downstairs. and again.. can't say much on blog. So yeah. Dar is ~~kinda~~ scary when she's DIZZY.

Then I slept for awhile and ard 10am ~~someone~~ ShengLon's phone keep ringing! Darn. Anw, realised the time and we immediately woke up to return the bike. It's tiring to wake up without sleeping for long, with injuries, with the huge big sun, and trying to figure out which key belongs to which lock. Wth.

Thurs(2nd day)

People bathed and slacked. (was it only me tht didnt bathe? xP) WeiQuan came. Went to ehub to eat fish and co. Stupid waitress. Damn stupid. *rolls eyes* Went arcade/pool... Watch them only. Haha. then went back chalet slack. Then decided to stay another night. So I bathe.. every move I made was painful! Wts. My hands especially.

Then then then errr. Jasmine and Zixuan came. They played what? Murderer? I don't know the name but yeah. And Clarence got confused and asked me to help him rmb who was the Witch, Little girl, wolf,.. Stupid loh, so confused alr still add so many other characters. -.-

Most ppl went home and stuffs after tht I think. Went to eat dinner at the foodcourt and have stupid convo. -.- Then Me and Dar went McD to use laptop. Went back chalet, play games, watch TV. Played ipod touch games with Mavis. I couldn't take it anymore and went to sleep at ard 3+am.

Woke up at ard 9am. Went McD AGAIN... with Dar and Melvin. Coz she wanted to register the wad CSD. In the end haven't start yet. Ate breakfast and stuff. Went Fairprice with Melvin to buy my antiseptic cream while he withdraw cash. Stupid sia. Asked me to ask the cashier where's the ATM when it's lik in front of him. -.-

Wen back to wake the rest up. They really are lazy pigs loh, just couldn't seem to wake up. Drink lah. Tsk. Someone went to check out while we packed the place. (The person called us to inform us to check out and the phone kept ringing. Basil just stood thr and looked at it- lik in front of the phone. LOL.)

Overall, it was great fun! (: First outing is a success! (Though the TIMING was not followed. Lik I guessed...) There should be a next time too!! :D

Class chalet was FUN~! (It ended so fast.) Heh, though not many programs were planned, and those planned ones almost got me killed (lol, exaggerating lah), but we had fun! (: Seriously miss 406 and happy to have meetup.

And Mr Loh came too, with Miss Rashida. Great to see them. Miss Mrs Singh too! And Mdm Chow. Haha. All the teachers and the school canteen+classroom+study environment. Omy, suddenly kind of sad thinking that we can't turn back time and we may forget the days spent in deyi. ): Anw, we also had sharing lesson with the teachers. ;)

YAY YAY YAY! It's the end of the exams!! (I know, I haven't been blogging recently..) And yesterday was such a great day! <3

Went to Orchard after exams while the rest went to IKEA @ Queenstown.. Wth, I was left alone on the train with Mr Wong and ZheMing. These 2 ~~weird~~ ppl kept talking about weird stuffs. -.-

Reached and waited for Shana and XQ. And then we went to Food Republic to have lunch- KOREAN! (: Then we went to shop around.. and er blah blah blah. Lols, nothing to say.. Hmm.

After that we went to meet Ian and walked all the way to 313. On the way there, people kept stopping us. This (survey) guy came towards me and XQ and asked

"How old are you guys?"

We said "17."

Then he asked if we are turning 17 this year, we said no.

Then he said that the survey was meant for 18 and above, so THANKS. Lol. Then we continued walking and another person came forward and wanted to ask us do survey (he/she haven't even asked) and I was like "Sorry, we're not 18." Then walked away. Lols. Sorry for being rude lah. xP

Shopping with Ian was errrr kinda stupid. Haha. He was trying to act gay so as to not look so weird. And then we started to think of what to get Jaime. Ok, damn last minute but well..

Oh! I was supposed to be the one to be shopping (cause I requested the outing) but Ian was the one who bought a shirt. :\ He bought one-piece's shirt sia. -.- We were like "what?!" *everyone turned and walked away* Lol.

Then met WeiKwang. He's super late- cause he went JAMMING. >\ They decided to go Toy R'Us to buy the present- Paragon, while we stayed at 313. And STUPIDLY, they asked us to go find them after they decided what to buy. So we walked all the way to Paragon and they were already paying the things. Wth, my feet was hurting so much lah. Grr. And they were still complaining about presents. I was like "Yeah yeah yeah. So where's mine?" They suddenly *:X* Haha. Fun-nae huh?

Met Jaime+the girls at Marche. High class loh! So cool. But my heart was like ): Not that I don't feel like celebrating or anything, just that the food there were SOO ex. They always lik to go expensive restaurants sia. I will be broke if we meet up every single day. ): And then Jaime's other friend came along and she was so touched that she cried. Lol.

XQ, Shana and me shared dinner. And now I suddenly thought of it, it's the few times that we met without the rest of MJ. (I mean just the 6 of us- though there were others, but u get what I mean.)

Went to FarEast with Shana after that while XQ went home, and the rest went Clarke Quay. Shana wanted to get the urm.. fake hair piece. She decided with green! Then we walked ard for a while more and SUDDENLY noticed it was getting close to 9pm, and we decided to go home.

Tiredddd loh. But happy! But I still feel guilty. About the exams and the food. ):

Meet the class as normal. Went to class. Like only a few of us were thr.. lol. Heard that they were downstairs discussing things. Seriously I don't noe what. Anyone care to tell me abt the PLAN? (Apparently plan was cancelled, lol! Due to Mr Wong trying to find out when the surprise was, and me being all too clever for my own good..)

Anw. Had lesson and revision. And Mr Wong kept asking abt the surprise. Lol. Totally funny!

MrWong: Eh, (points at Wanyi) just now u told me something.
Wanyi: No i didn't. (trying to deny)
MrWong: You did! I'm sure. U said something.
Wanyi (and Ade): No I didn't!! (tring to hint him not to say out loud.)

Then after tht he asked me what's my surname. I was like huh? lols, totally random lah. Anw, when he asked us to go to his desk to tell us our tutorial mistakes, he said "I tell u a secret."

Then Ade was like "NO! Don't trust Esther!"

Like damn surprise. lol.

Then he tell me that today is also his birthday! I was like REALLY?! haha. Surprise surprise. Then at the end of lesson I told everyone. haha. Please lah, he fake shy loh. Haha. Then everyone sang birthday song to him, he sang to me. Lol. Seriously, I didn't feel I'm any special today. Just ~~happy~~. No. Satisfied. (:

Then after tht we took group photos! Waiting for ZheMing to upload sia. Then just lik tht loh. Urm yeah. Haha, then went out with XQ to bugis. Bought a shirt and belt and earpiece- kind of regretted. (: And ate nugget. This guy came to sit beside us(no other space) with 3 burger and 3 plate of chili!! HE ATE 3 BURGER IN FRONT OF US!! scary ah! I didn't noe eh. i thought 2. o.0

And and! Ytd was fun too! We had cake! Haha. They were discussing in front of me. -.-

When they went for break and came back after a long long time, it was kind of unorganised.. haha. Cause Mr Tan asked them to help him buy coffee. Then he was like telling Amirah "I pay u now?"

She was like damn tired from running and said "ltr ltr. Where's the lights?"

Then try to switch off, somehow on-ed and off-ed and they were alr standing at the door. "EH! wait wait" Then I figured it out. haha. Opps.

Then sang song for me and WoonHui. haha. totally awkard loh. and we tried to cut the cake and it was SOOOO hard lah! Lol. then we put the cake aside and continued with lesson. Invited 01 to eat with us but in the end they ran away. Anw, not enough to share also.. ):

Then we had lunch at FC3 and went to RESORTS WORLD! Took pictures, acted like tourist and had fun til we were so tired. Lol. Ate some snacks and rested at Vivo before heading home. (:

I still didnt recieved birthday wishes from someone I wish to hear from. (not only 1 actually..) SIGH~ mayb, just maybe- ltr. hmm.

Exams are coming and I'm sick! Again! Always 2 weeks before exams. WTS. And I hate hate hate medicine. Seriously, it's going on top of my hate-list. Argh.

I was feeling so unwell and dizzy at school the other day and I cabbed home. The taxi driver was like "Chai Chee?" when I tell him the destination. Lol. Indeed, a long long ride. Cost me $15. Siying was so exaggerating when she said it cost $30 to cab to her house, which was nearer to school than mine.

Took MC/LOA(Leave Of Absence- sounds more pro, haha.) on Wed, since it was only half day. Sleep and sleep and sleep. Super duper tired. And just didn't felt lik moving. One move and I feel unbalanced. And stupid ZheMing still pushed me so hard on Thurs. Idoit.

And I need a new big shoulder bag! Coz I'm only left with one shoulder bag big enough for me to carry. And it's kind of inconvenient when the mrt is crowded. Sigh. How I wish I can see Shana and XueQi on Thurs. ):
